Return/Exchange/Warranty Policies
At Holeshotz Performance, customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance. Returns
Arrangements for ANY return must be made within 14 days of the original purchase Please contact us to set up a return. Only NEW items that have not been used in any way and are in the original packing are eligible for a complete refund. Any returned part/accessory that has been used or opened is subject to a 35% restocking fee. Unfortunately, due to shipping regulations, we are unable to accept any power sports that have had gas in them at any point or time. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the item and we request that the item is shipped using a insured and traceable method. Once the item is received, a credit will be issued within 7-10 business days. Please note that this policy DOES NOT apply to any items damaged or defective upon arrival or items that were sent in error.
Exchange
Exchanges can be made only if you received the incorrect item, purchased the incorrect item or your item has a defect or damage. Used items are NOT eligible for exchange. If you have meet any of the conditions for a exchange, please contact a Team Holeshotz expert for further instruction.
Warranty
At Holeshotz Performance, we stand behind all of our products 100%. Because we want you to enjoy our products with no troubles or hassle, we back EVERYTHING we sell with a hassle free 6 month warranty. Simply contact a Team Holeshotz expert explaining the issue with your product and provide us with the order number given to you when the order was originally placed and upon receipt of the defective product, a replacement will be sent out. In most cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost of the defective product however this varies depending on the situation.
