Q: How long after an order is placed can I expect my product?

A: Depending on the product ordered and shipment method, an order can take anywhere from 2-5 business days to be delivered.  Our Super Bikes, Pocket Bikes, ATV’s, Mopeds and Pit Bikes all ship via a freight currier and a tracking number will be provided.  The freight currier will contact you to schedule a day and time for delivery.  Everything else ships via USPS or FedEx, a tracking number will be sent to your email address when the order has shipped.

Q: Are your Super Bikes legal for street use?

A: Our X18 XS-R and X19 HP-R are 100% legal for street use.  Simply mount up a license plate and a mirror.  Please check local laws and regulations as a precautionary measure.

Q: I got my Super Bike and tried to register it, my DMV says that I need a more detailed MSO.

A: To request a MSO on secured paper, please send an email to Sales@HoleshotzPerformance.com with “MSO Request” in the subject line.  In the body of the email, please provide us with your order number and VIN number for the bike.  We mail out MSO’s within 2-4 days of the request date and they ship via regular mail.

Q: I received my order and it got damaged during shipment, what do I do.

A: If your bike got damaged in shipment, please send an email to Sales@HoleshotzPerformance.com with “Damaged Order” in the subject line.  In the body of the email, please provide us with an order number, a description of the damage and pictures of the damage.  We will get a replacement product or replacement parts to repair a broken product out to you as soon as possible.  In some cases, we require that the damaged products be returned to us before replacements are sent out, in this case, you will be contacted by a member of the Team HP staff for specific instructions and details.
